Origins

Women represent just 23% of the tech workforce. Half of them regularly think about leaving the industry altogether. Tech is often a lonely place for women, and many of us lack the support we need to succeed in our tech career.

That's why we started Radia

We are a non-profit organization whose mission is to close the gender gap in tech and make the industry more inclusive.

We do so by providing an inclusive and welcoming female tech network that anyone can join. Radia exists to bring people together, break stereotypes, and celebrate diversity in the tech industry.

What do we do?

Born in Germany, we host tech events in Berlin, as well as Hamburg and Munich.

Our events cover a wide range of topics, including AI and Machine Learning, Python, MedTech, BioTech, Data Science. We bring these to life through Panel Discussions, Coding Workshops, Hackathons, Networking events, and social mixers.

We believe in the power of community to drive change. We partner with some of the world’s biggest tech employers who are driving diversity and inclusion in their teams.
